just-arrived but open? - Yes, I broke the seal (pictured) of this sealed iPad Mini 4 to verify the battery still worked and the device would turn on. This has sat for a few years. The other iPad Mini 4, still has its box, a new charger, but was used and shows assorted signs of use.
