Bought new March 2023. Still performs as it did new and the dual inverters can be 30 to 65 percent more efficient than a traditional window unit. Includes the remote. Apparently, it is recommended to calculate the BTU you will need for your space and get a unit that is 20% larger than the calculated BTU, because you don't want a smaller unit running at max RPM.
